cheque book cost 10 AED. For the first cheque book it's free. Bank customer care is saying courier company have delivered it However I have not received it they only delivered the debit card. now by calling multiple times I have spent more than 20 aed.Mobile app doesn't have option to raise dispute for cheque book.Customer service could have been better.

update: still makes mistakes and errors you guys are horrible for building this abomination Update: it is still horrible Update: it is still horrible, my cards have disappeared and since two weeks i can't access them or their statements. Can't update my details. It keeps asking me to update passport and visa and never accepts them when I do. This is the first time ever I think about stopping using nbd. I can't see My credit cards, I can't update my passport, the balance or cards is weird!!!!

worse app ever. I have got my credit card and wasn't able to register at this app . Encountered many errors . reported to technical team and still waiting for resolution. The issue is actually in Android devices. I was able to create the account from my iPhone
