App is unusable if you have a Norwegian phone due as the international dialing code cannot be selected from the menu. Impossible to enter and verify my mobile number. Japan is on the list, but not Norway!

the schedules are not up to date in the app. The buses are too crowded because they come more rarely than the schedule, we waited 2 hours for a c130 bus in Bellagio on a Friday at 15:00-17:00

Used this to ride with my family on holiday near Riva. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.
