it has been working well for the longest time. However, I've been facing issues with persistent error to the app out of the blue. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, deregister and register again. It will work after the reboot but after a few hours, the error appeared again!

alot of issues recently when app keeps freezing or crashing or outright denying access claiming that my access is blocked because I have enabled developer options (I have not). when clicking to access supposed settings to switch them off, it says something like i have not enabled developer settings (contrary to what the Ideal app claims). After force-shutting n reopening about 5 times, it finally decided to work. This is a business banking app. Such levels of unreliability is not acceptable!

APP was working fine until the start of this week. After clicking the app logo, either will hang at the loading page(can't even reach the main login page) or auto kick out at the login page. In order to log in the app, will have to clear data and cache / uninstalled and reinstall app again every single time (meaning will have to sign in and set up all over again as all details saved were gone). App updated to the latest version but error still incurred. Hope to resolve the bug urgently.
