The lock screen interface doesn't follow language settings and is in Chinese, which sucks and is the main reason for 3 stars. It also interferes with music players on the lock screen. Otherwise it works well and does what you need it to easily, including locking, changing some settings of the scooter, trip tracking/mileage, stats on the scooter and battery, firmware updates, and a segway-only social platform that can be fun if you want to ride with other people and maybe make some friends.

I've owned my brand new F3Pro Ninebot scooter for 34 days and I've yet to be able to pair it with my phone. On my first try, it said that it was linked to another account. Tech support dropped my call after 48 min.didn't call back. have email support about 6 times. Still getting absolutely nowhere! Am frustrated beyond belief. I get an Airlock Failed error. Can't get past this. It asks for the pinlock code but I;ve never set this up so have no idea if there is a factory code???

Got back to using the scooter after several years and found out that firmware update reduced max speed from 35 to 30. No warning. No concent. It was already badly designed product and now they literally took my money away. Not buying anything from the company ever again. The quality of both the scooter and the app just cannot hide its Chinese origin. No matter how much money they poor into it it's still Chinese all over. Never again.
