I'm finished with this app. it's stolen my money one too many times. It looks like glitches where initially seems to fail to apply leverage, and the position proceeds as though it was at 1x, then it suddenly liquidates and your position is gone!

Stay away from this platform. Unprofessional staff, but professional scammers. I've been using this platform for years, but they can freez your account whenever they feel like it. And they will simply copy and paste the same answers if you try to contact them. They don't know anything about the law and they're just thugs pretending to be legit until they're not.

I love pionex I truly do, but the it's not reliable, many slippage, delay in closing orders, from 10 bots, expect to get error at least with 2, fail to sell at price set, and struggle to register it self in history tab, so you end up having no logs to check, Pionex you need to work harder, there are many many issues unfortunately. Normal user won't notice but if you think you can totally depend on pionex as heavy user. No. That's not the right platform at all
