Sep25: can't use card on garminpay anymore so I attempted to cancel card using app. The icon was fake because it cannot be used. I had to waste 30mins to get thru the line (business hrs only) only to be informed that I had to wait several more days for them to get back. Turned out its a mar,keting call to convince me to keep the card with a pathetic cashback offer.

There are certain criteria that have to be met before you are able to cancel your credit card via the mobile banking app. For eg. if you have credit balance in the account.

Generally ok but recently had major issue with SMS OTP delay (2.5min). Should consider having the OTP timer reflect expected delays in receipt of SMS, ended up keying in the old OTP when it arrived. UI could also use a refresh to make it more accessible. Trust bank app is the benchmark in this area.

Good banking app and really really love the feature to withdraw cash from ATMs using the paynow feature of the app (granted it's more of an OCBC bank feature and not totally related to the app). SGFindex generally works with occassional issues with certain banks but that is probably not OCBC's fault. Overall, a good banking app!
