Good app, great customer service, just a pity the vegan meals are too repetitive. Plus, if you put the meals in an app like cronometer, it's very clear that you do not meet your daily nutritional requirements. Other than that, work out plans often do not recognize you skipped a work out and put you up for the next level; changing it back is sometimes not possible so you have to start your plan again, to go back to where you want to be.

Thanks for the feedback. We add new recipes to the app every month with a special emphasis on vegan ones, so look out for new ones soon. If there are certain types of recipes you'd like to see more of, you can always email mary@strongrfastr.com and let us know. Also, shoot us an email us about the workout level- there are ways to address this.

Overall a decent meal planning app. The portion sizes for a partner don't work correctly. There are some good easy recipes included and several have become favorites. However the lack of a recipe importer, and inaccurate nutrition data are a huge downside.

Best app I've used for logging calories without the meal planning. However, some recipes list ingredients with nutritional values that aren't remotely close to anything commercially available. The grocery list is fantastic but this issue makes it less practical to use the suggested recipes. Exercises are missing an option for "I don't have this equipment." E.g. I need to substitute in standing single-leg hamstring curls, which isn't even a listed exercise.

Also check out our “swap out” feature during your workout to find exercise alternatives for the equipment you have.
