I subscribed by mistake in yearly talabat pro, I contacted customer service and asked for refund they told me within 3-4 days, after 5 days nothing happen, I recontacted again and I got the same reply. by mistake because this service appeared as pop-up and I accidentally pressed on it, since I saved my card, they automatically deduct the amount so frustrated

Placed an order, but the item wasn't delivered. Took around 45 minutes to get someone on chat support, and then I was informed that the order did not get placed, even though it showed that it did on my app. Had similar problems before, which is why I ended up canceling the subscription.

Poor customer support for pro members. you pay a monthly subscription, on top of that service charges on each order, and then get broken items delivered, and coupons that increase the payment amount (when using a coupon your actual order amount increases instead of decreasing), and then there is customer support who is super fast to reply but the issue never resolves. the CS calls you and asks you to close the chat with 5 stars & issue will be resolved in 30 mins and that 30 mins never happen.
