If someone approaches you on the street offering tickets to a venue for higher than official price, you will know this is shady and probably illigal. Now this kind of people have an app and its a legit business all of a sudden. Tiqets block tickets to venues from individual tourists, add no value and charge way higher price. Avoid and always try official venue channels first! I was forced to use this app to buy tickets to a venue with limited spots, and really regret it. Just buy in advance.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are cheater. Bought the Budapest Card and top collect at Ibis Airport Hotel but counter staff said they do not have it. I was told to buy bus ticket to center to pick up from another location. Paid extra €6 for ticket and guess what? They too don't have the card. The staff at the hotel told us to write in for full cancellation refund but till now, there's no reply. This is too ridiculous especially for a tourist card by an authorized distributor!!

Horrible customer service that only responded after the said tour you bought! Make sure you screenshot your order before you pay, and after payment, CHECK YOUR TICKETS or be SCAM! I paid for the upgrade service, and my ticket only shows their basic package. When I reach out to customer service, all I get is lipservice that it will be taken care of and will get an email. I just got an email AFTER THE TOUR. I got in BECAUSE I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES THAT THEY PROMISED BUT DIDN'T DELIVER!
