Just started, but 5 minutes a day and up to 10 minutes a day is perfect for commitment phoebia people who are too busy to stick to a longer program. I can never seem to stick to a 20-30 minutes program, but this I can do and add those minutes up 2-3 times per day over 7 days, that's a no brainer. I like the exercises, the music, the illustrations, the words that explain the exercise and the option to turn on and off the auto start to the next exercise. Perfect all around!

I've been needing a quick and easy way to get my body moving and this app has helped me with just that! I love the options and how I'm able to track my progress. I also appreciate the music and how customizable the program is. I highly recommend!

Finding it hassle free, easy to use, and very helpful so far. Exercises are easy to follow. Better than some paid versions I've tried.
