I did not receive a purchase confirmation of my tickets at all, therefore I tried buying them again, this time I received a confirmation. Apparently I paid twice! You can't check your tickets or account information on their website, so due to a mistake in their system, I now have double the amount of tickets (only accessible through their app) and paid twice. Please help me to have one of these purchases refunded.

Promised my 11 year old, prima ballerina in training, a ballet show for her birthday present. 3 separate tickets and 3 canceled shows. Truly a scam. Drove an hour for 1 and found out from the desk that it had been canceled, no notification from fever (despite having the app). Apparently, they just want to take your money and then completely disappoint. If zero or negative stars were an option, they earned it. I don't leave reviews often because it's usually satisfactory, but for them, I will.

I want to buy tickets for the Titanic Exhibition but the "pay now" button is out of the range of the screen!! how am I supposed to select it?? Edited review: I had just downloaded the app, so I was already using the latest version when I tried to buy the tickets. Now I see there's an update, but I'm no longer interested in buying the tickets because the discount was only valid that day. Very frustrating experience.
