How does Picnic work?
1. Download the app and order your groceries online
To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free
With our sustainable, electric cars we drive through the neighborhood via smart routes. In this way, we ensure that everything on your shopping list is delivered to your home, punctual to the minute.

Overall not too bad but unfortunately it's not possible to remove products once the order is made. Yes, I can cancel the whole order and add everything to the cart again. I did that, but my original delivery moment is no longer available. How come? Even when I try to make the new order within one minute after cancellation... Had to choose delivery on the next day... Other than that the app becomes very slow on Pixel 7 pro, so slow that it's very hard to use it. Force stopping helps.

Hi, thank you for the review! It is indeed true that you cannot remove a product from your order. Perhaps this will be possible in the future. Furthermore, the delivery slots are very popular, so they may book up very quickly. I will definitely pass on your feedback so that this can be looked into.

I wish I could be satisfied but i am not. The products are expensive. They pride on not having stores, but you do not see it in the price. Often products are not available after you have ordered and paid... and you hear it on the same day when you wou receive the product. Then you get money back, well great now you still need to go to the supermarket yourself. There goes the value of ordering here. Edit, dropped to 1 star, post-ordering product unavailability issue not resolved after 1,5 year.

PICNIC doesn't let you order via their website, app is mandatory. Very uncomfortable and slow to use on a small phone screen, using a regular website on proper big PC monitor and keyboard is much easier and faster and I can have multiple tabs open at the same time. Products are slightly pricier than competition. Can't buy beer in crates. Can't buy large quantities of a product. Only advantage over the competition is a lower minimum order amount (40 instead of 50 euros) and no shipping costs.
