Your app is very buggy. There are many features that don't work properly even on my new phone. And even when I try to report these bugs, it still doesn't work properly!!! Very disappointed!!

Horrendous customer experience. I've been trying to view my medical policy details Open profile -> my policies -> find policy count (1) -> click policies -> find NOTHING??? -> try to reach support on WhatsApp -> Chatbot bugged and endlessly requests OTP and Identification -> call customer support phone number -> no option to speak to a human agent -> choose Policy Benefits Details on options tree -> Get SMS URL redirect to website -> open URL -> REDIRECTED TO APP AGAIN?? Repeat ad infinitum

This app is more marketing and less patient oriented, you wont get your information quickly, and complaint section always gives error, as though they do not want to receive complains.
