NOTE ON GPS SUPPORT: Strava depends on GPS for recording activities. In some devices, the GPS does not work properly and Strava will not record effectively. If your Strava recordings show poor location estimation behavior, please try to update the operating system to the most recent version. There are some devices which have consistently poor performance with no known remedies. On these devices, we restrict installation of Strava, for example the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 and the Galaxy Express 2. Solid app, but most features have been slowly moved into the subscription so that as a free user, you are essentially just giving the company your data. Other basic fitness apps have feature parity with the free version now, so unless you're ready to pay I would explore alternatives. To add insult to injury, in 2025 they have sued Garmin with some patents that never should have been granted. The second any issue with Garmin linking occurs I will delete this and never use it again.

Your app is making it difficult to delete my account. I only download for a specific reason but realized I didn't need too i owned a device that does this already. So every time I hit the delete account it keeps taking me out to your web page to enter my email and keeps telling me I have to log out first when I'm not logged in. And when I'm about to log in after I receive a code it does it all over again. can you delete my account on your end? This is getting irritating.

New update, The continuing of cheating of e-bikes on segments, still a problem!! Not being able to see times while going up hill or down is cumbersome. I understand the safety aspect of it, but show us something towards the last couple hundred feet or so, so that we know when the segments ends. No notification of KOM's being lost, another annoying reason from Strava. It's not fun anymore ☹️ price hike. Everytime I click the app it goes to app info and won't go into the app.
