I bought more than two hundred products since last year (2024) after a friend introduced TaoBao to me. Since I know the Mandarin Chinese language, it is very easy for me to look for items and communicate with the customer service. For Australia, a total of ¥249 (don't forget to check the green tag) to have a postage fee covered is handy but have to collect the items from Presotea. Very satisfied with the products so far. Will continue to buy from this app.

A lot of great indie sellers and a wide array of products. Only 2 stars b/c they stopped taking foreign cards as payment for consolidated shipping and Chinese is the only language setting. Shipping is super expensive without Cainiao. Don't waste your time and use a proxy service for items.

First of all, the app struggles to register my card, saying to try again later. Then, it removes the item from my cart. When the card details managed to be saved, the transaction fails, and I am kicked out of the payment, and the card details are removed. Furthermore, the first-time purchase discount is removed. Do not buy from this app if you are looking for a smooth experience in purchasing goods. Look elsewhere.
