This app is the biggest piece of rubbish on the google play store. I can not listen to any music what so ever, not even free music with ads. The app keeps harassing me about Unlimited or I get Exception #243. I have tried everything possible. Re-installed, Restarted phone and app, logged out and back in, cleared cache. Nothing works. 0 stars if you ask me.

I like this app because it's a free add on extra with my Prime account. Being able to turn the volume up or down without having to switch my phone on is a +, I'm a first time user listening to music on my phone and this app is easy to use. *Edit: If you like playing your favourite songs more often, you're then unable to play them without being forced to listen to similar music afterwards from artists/music from the same genre. Great it's a free app but allow me to play what I want, when I want!

I have Amazon Music Unlimited and it does not shuffle the songs. I have over 400 songs on just one playlist, and have never heard half of them. I use the app a lot, on my echo, phone, and in the car. I always use shuffle mode, but it doesn't work, it plays the same group of songs over and over. My 1st playlist doesn't show up for me to add songs to it anymore. These problems needs to be fixed or I'll have to think about changing to a different app.
