The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

Easy and fast to use, but the lack of integration with mobile wallets is a serious oversight in my opinion. Downloading tickets, doing screen shots etc is a real faff. Competitor products integrate so why not this one? Hint for the Devs: Google Wallet supports importing Apply Pay items, so you only have to do this work once. Seriously, what's stopping you?

for booking it's ok. any change or cancellation you have to go through the drill of customer service which is very very poor. not to mention the price is higher than most apps and not sure if any additional value addition they bring.
