Google Play services

I'm getting spammed with notifications saying "[Messages/Google One/Google Play store] won't run unless you update Google Play services". There's no option to update it anywhere within Google Play and it's starting to pop up every 15-30 seconds, making my phone almost unusable. Maybe a flip phone would be better.

The app will automatically download games that I haven't chosen. Especially when I'm not using my phone. If there is a way to turn this feature off, it's not clear. Setting for this app are hard to find and it needs all permissions turned on or it might not work right. I have also scanned my device for viruses in malware. No problems can be found when I do the scan, so that is not the problem.

The app does so many things as well as update your Apps now, But it now is super fast at that original task. It actually downloads 3 apps at once - I think it installs them still one by one in a queue - but that DL speed is 3 times better. I do wish certain Apps from Google weren't hidden as System ones 'cause it's hard to check/change the Permissions for them. My phone Always has Remove Permissions If Unused - hopefully that doesn't apply to System ones? It was 5 ⭐ - now it should be a 7 or 8😃
