MUBI: Curated Cinema

After a long time paying for this app, I have enjoyed it very little, mostly because it's completely unreliable. I start watching a movie knowing that almost for sure I will experience long pauses, that sometimes will just make me give up watching the rest of the movie. Sometimes a movie won't even start with a weird error message. I waited to see if it could improve. It didn't. It's a pity, I liked the catalog and the concept. I feel cheated. It's basically a scam.

I like mubi but watching movies with this app is a nightmare. Sometimes it is actually possible to watch a movie in high quality, but more often than not the image quality is very bad. And mubi keeps loading in a movie every 10 seconds. Try to download it, but then it keeps happening, while any other steaming service keep working fine. It's not even possible to stream a downloaded movie from every phone. Mubi works when the app has a good day, but unfortunately that is not happening very often.

There are hundreds of movies shown on their website and app, excellent collection ! But when you actually try to view, it invariably says that this film is not available currently to view and instead offers some silly movie to watch !! I don't know if I'm the only one who thinks that almost 95 percent of the content shown are actually not available for viewing !!
