For me it works well but did try to register an account for child and it was not possible due to system error (as a parent I could not sign approval for account registration). Did speak to customer service - first replied that the issue is known and others have the same problem but it will be fixed by next day at latest. However the issue is not fixed 10days later and now the customer service replied that it will be unable to solve the issue, advised to look for other service...

renewing smart id is a nightmare. You asked for specifics. I tried to renew it via biometrics. after several attempts failing it saying theres too much light on my face or some such, it blocked me from attempting again for about three hours. And apparently this option is the easiest way to do that? Id hate to see the other options. I also dont have time to go to the bank for thdm to renew it. I work every day. once i finish - banks close.

Fantastic app. Never got any problem. Please give an option to toggle on and off to shuffle the number pad numbers. So, people won't easily identify the code when typing. It's a option in lot of authenticators. It can be easily implemented.
