Long time subscriber. Over 6 years to see a series only offered here. Even though you pay a premium for commercial free service you still see ads. Whether it's for an additional service or a prime video exclusive. Frequently freezes when it's opened and won't even allow you to select a show. You attempt to scroll down to see your "continue watching" list and it closes before you can even get there. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and am still seeing the same issues.

I'm deeply grateful that Amazon is even more stupid than they are greedy. Since I'm not paying extra for no ads, I get bombarded with trailers for the latest film or series and after the 3rd+ time in one 40 min episode, I am so sick of it that even if I had been interested, I'm not any more. It's saved me a fortune in films and series they've persuaded me not to buy. The list of things they say they have but don't is getting so long, soon I'll be able to cancel Prime and get the channels direct.

I have observed that the video player for mobile has a new interface. However, there is a slight issue. Episodes should have automatically begun playing, but they have not. I checked the 'Recents' app section on my phone and noticed that the video player is separate from the main Prime Video app. Meaning that the video player functioned as if it were an additional application to the main application. Please fix this, however you can.
