Wow, if you though it couldn't get worse. The old app was very basic, but at least in terms of UI it was intuitive. Well, here's the new app. All kind of totally useless and confusing pictures and drawings... who want a zzz picture when setting the alarm?? It's an alarm app for Pete's sake. It should have as little info on the main screen as possible, as in the heat of an emergency you need to instantly see where to click! This is hideous! Ohw, and 'lifetime free' means €25 per year! Appalling.

For set, unset and omit zone now only SOMETIMES asks for code/biometrics. Previously ALWAYS asked for input !!!!. Obviously this means that if anyone was to gain access to my phone they may also have access to my alarm system. Surely this can't be correct 😕 Sometimes able to unset after more than four hours without code/biometrics !!!

Hello and thank you for your comment/feedback. Once you have entered pin/used biometrics, there is a free few minutes time for you until it will ask again.

It was possible to tell at a glance the set status on the old app version. Now it's not as clear which zones are set and which aren't. Setting without code entry is sensible and long overdue but there needs to be a "classic" display option to get away from the awful user interface. If it ain't broke......
