Terrible app. Almost always offline. Now they want to charge for it. UPDATE to developers response. It is offline more than other WiFi device to the point I can't rely on it when not at home. I have to use the app for the system installed by the alarm co. They have looked into the problem and installed tp links but nothing changes. So I'm stuck with a poor system and app which I have to tolerate. Then I here you want to charge for it and the installer may increase their fees! Unbelievable.

This is about as useless as an app can be!!! We are with Blue Security and they use this ridiculously on off on off app!!!! It is sooo inconvenient to come home late at night and not be able to disarm your home because, yet again, the app is off-line. Although it goes on and off, it seems to be off-line more than it is on-line. This happens several times every single day!!! I am sick of it!!! And if Blue Security don't do something about it, we will leave them!

Yet again, I find myself not able to use this app to access or manage my control panel. And yes my panel is online! Risco have another app called iRisco which is able to access my panel, but installer will ONLY support this app! Go figure. Risco & development team, what is going on here? Risco charge for this service up front, but fail to deliver. Pls fix before I consider other options.
