it's been an amazing 320 smoke-free days for me after being a heavy smoker for 22 years (1.5 packs a day!). Honestly, even I couldn’t believe I could pull this off. The modules, exercises, journaling, and coach guidance were all well-designed and perfectly placed throughout the 6-day program. I've seen some people say this program doesn’t work and that it’s just another money-making scheme. But NO , it does work. Just take out time and finish in max 8 days. Massive thnks to author.

Honestly, I rolled my eyes at the whole 'reprogram your brain' thing. Sounded like magic nonsense. But I followed the steps, did the little exercises, and... it happened. The desire just fizzled out. It's hard to explain, but the app methodically unwires the addiction until the thought of smoking becomes unappealing. My brain actually feels different now. I'm shocked this isn't more widely known.

This was an excellent journey from a smoker to non-smoker. Everything's read and registered by the sub-consious brain, makes it so easy to quit without any cravings. And personal coaches are the most helpful. If the subscription is holding you back, see this way. The amount you would be paying right now will be easily recovered from a week to max month (depending how much you smoke). After that, the money you will save not smoking is insane.
