About this app

Kids360 — is a service that helps parents to set screen time limits for their teens' entertainment and gaming apps and better monitor and control overall phone usage.

Install the Kids360 app for parents on your phone, and the Alli360 app on your child's device, you will use the first app as a child lock.

The Kids360 app provides you with the following options:

Screen time limiter - set a time limit on specific apps and games used by your child, limit app usage. Enable child phone control.
Schedule - set schedules for school time and rest in the evening: games, social networks, and entertainment apps will not be available during the specified times
List of applications - select which apps you want to limit or lock completely by using our app blocker functions
Phone activity tracker - see how much time your child spends on their phone and track their most used apps
Always keep in touch - apps for calls, messages, taxis, and other non-entertainment apps will always be available and you will always be able to contact your child.

The Kids360 app is designed for family safety and parental control. Seperate parent and kid modes allow you to have greater phone control and set time limits as desired. And with the phone tracker, you will always know how much time your child is spending on their smartphone. The app cannot be installed on your child's cell phone without their knowledge; its use is available only with their explicit consent. Personal data is stored in strict accordance with legislation and GDPR policies.

How to start using the Kids360 parental control app:
1. Install the Kids360 parenting app on your mobile device;
2. Install the Alli360 app on your child's phone and enter the code to link it with your device;
3. Allow monitoring of your child's smartphone in the Kids360 app.

In case of technical problems, you can always contact the 24-hour support service in the Kids360 app or via the following email: support@kids360.app

You can monitor your child's screen time for free after connecting their device. Time management functions and app limits are available during the trial period and by purchasing a subscription.

The Kids360 app asks for the following permissions:

1. Display over other apps - to block specific apps when time limits are reached
2. Special features - to limit your child's screen time
3. Usage access - to collect statistics about app use
4. Autostart - for constant operation of the app tracker on the child's device
5. Device admin apps - to protect against unauthorized deletion.

Free version was great so we opted for the paid version to get more features we wanted. There was no monthly subscription option, only a yearly option. We had about 1.5 months no issues, but then it wouldn't lock when it should've and would lock when it shouldn't. It also did not block inappropriate websites at all or track the sites visited. Despite its failures, you can't get any refunds. Customer service was a joke, you have to use the bot that isn't helpful at all. Don't waste your money.

I switched phones and according to their app it will connect to your subscription. Instead, it charged me a 2nd subscription. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it and said I'd have to reach out to Google. Also, I've had a ton of issues with it not locking apps once my kid has reached her limit. It used to, but now it just lets her keep playing. I'm disappointed because it was so great in the beginning. I'll be keeping an eye out for a new option.

False advertising This is a really poor app. Basically the app is an expensive location tracker and has none of the advertised features. Setting up is the easy part however you're promoted immediately for payment. For some reason you set the screen time on the child's phone and not the parent app which defeats the object of the parent app and the only features the app has is to lock all downloaded apps and see location.
