Edit: downgrading to 1 star because the app continues to show ads that block you from using it for several seconds. This is completely unacceptable. It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

~UPDATE~ Don't buy for the long run. If you are like me, and sometimes go from headphone to 'phone and back to them again you may come back to these after a year you may find the software will no longer let you in and you will have to set them up all over again through your receipt and the whole buying process again, LAME, and the customer reps I've spoken to were too lazy for this process and were of NO HELP. AVOID! Don't buy!

I first downloaded this right after I got my very first Soundcore A20i. I got hooked once I saw that you can edit your controls, EQ and you can find your earbuds if one went missing. It got even better when I got my new R50i NC, where I could adjust the level of Noise Cancellation, actually edit my EQ, make more than one customized EQ preset and save them. Altho, when opening the app for the first time, it feels slow and sluggish. I always have to restart it affer first opening it. Please fix it
