Online check-in doesn’t work, and as a software developer with 20+ years’ experience, it’s clear this app lacks proper testing. Seeing “/n” characters instead of simple line breaks shows sloppy coding and no attention to detail. If basics are missed, how secure is your data? Until they hire competent developers and test properly, you’re better off flying with another airline.

I am really impressed with the new App of SunExpress! As a frequent flyer I like the wallet function and the offline access to the boarding pass. Looking forward to new features.

Shady pricing and information never buy extra service or select seats. they don't give the seat you select and never do the refund. Would be happy to see they go bankrupt. The customer support will not going to support you but reply to your complaint like a parrot 🦜 they will just spam you with irrelevant responses.
