Almost nothing works. Can't add lifemiles number, can't pay for anything, screens are all over the place - unclear what to click. If you get to accept T&Cs bit and actually click to read them, once you close the T&Cs, you have closed the previous screen as well and have to start from scratch. To summarise - tedious, annoying, and not fit for purpose.

When I purchased a ticket through this app, there was an error regarding the class of the ticket, and I made the first call trying to correct this before the 24-hour deadline. Even so, the Avianca representative refused to help me, trying to charge me a insane amount of money, more than the ticket cost. It was a scam. I called again, and this time, just like the first time, they tried to scam me. Instead of correcting the issue and changing the class of the ticket and charging. It's bad service

Incorrectly made me believe I had booked a flight. I booked a flight to Santa Marta a month in advance and the booking with booking number showed up on the app. Only when I showed up at the airport (at 4 a.m.) did it turn out that the payment was never completed and a ticket couldn't be issued. All flights to Santa Marta for that weekend had already been booked by then and I was massively inconvenienced.
