Kingdoms at War: Hardcore PVP

Ive spent probably around a thousand dollars on the game. I logged off. Decided to re-download after a break only to discover my account is permanently banned? Your telling me that I spent about a thousand dollars only for you guys to ban my account? Can someone please help restore my account?

Simple game: Epic Battles are fights vs monsters that you use your troops or spies on. Sometimes there are mechanics requiring you to equip certain pieces of gear or use items bought with gold. Defeat bosses to get gold and grow your kingdom to hit bosses harder and make more gold. Repeat ad nauseum. Gameplay isn't complicated. Most or the enjoyment comes from the socialization aspect and steady growth of your kingdom. They are fairly generous with giving out free crystals.

I have always loved this game (I have been playing for over 8 years). It is expanding, and giving many options on what you can do. The reason it is getting 4 stars is because it has now kinda become a pay to play game. Growing is slow right around high lands and hoarfrost. And it doesn't help that you have to pay a stupid amount of money to get high rankings in events. The devs are getting a little greedy in many eyes, and the game is starting to lose it's appeal because of it. I liked the old game better. Response to Reply: honestly, I don't think I can give this game 5 stars even more than when I wrote this because charms and furniture has been introduced. It made my pay to play point even stronger; now, if someone wants to just dominate the game, all they have to do is pay real money to buy furniture or open chests that can give furniture, then sell them for charms. Charms give stat bonuses: so now you can basically pay money for higher stats. Before, you could stop offering so many event items out of pay to play ebs, but now you have a direct link between stats and real money. To me, it is a game breaking mechanic. Charms were a decent idea, and so was furniture, but the fact that you can trade between the two is game breaking. Either make it so you can't buy furniture or that you can't trade charms for them. But since it has already been implemented, there is no going back. I don't see any way to fix this without screwing players. While I know it has practically no chance of happening, I would almost suggest either rolling out a new game that has the old game mechanics without ebs and charms and furniture, or let us create a second kingdom in the game that only lets us do pvp (Clash of Clans kind of did something like this). I know this would satisfy me immensely, but idk what other players think about this. If ATA considers this, maybe an ingame poll? Though then you have to worry about alts....
