Beautiful app and interface. I love the idea behind the app and it's creators story. Reason for low star rating is just that I wish there was a free or cheaper option and then a premium version. The biggest barrier to health is often time being unable to afford it. Even if it was one or two classes a month or the support system of other users for free and then a premium version. I don't know just a thought. 💕

Love the the app's holistic approach to fitness and general well-being and it motivates me to keep going! Only reason I don't give 5 stars (yet) is that while the majority of the content seems to be very high production value, I have come across content of inferior quality. (Namely "Mindful Practice: Relax your Muscles" : static noise throughout the recording, audio cuts out multiple times and it completey forgets the muscles of hands and arms!) I'd love a button to report such issues in-app!

Amazing! Only exercising app and program that I've tried that has me showing up consistently, that has a workout for every mood and ability. It has also helped me shift my mindset around exercise and seeing it as joyful and not a chore or a punishment. It provides hard stuff, but also gentle movement and short sweet workouts for those days that you don't feel like doing anything, but you can do 5 minutes and do something. Also makes me feel better with my body, which helps me take care of it.
