The app itself for the devices is good, but this new Anka AI is an absolutely unnecessary and useless feature. Users should have the ability to switch it off and hide it from the bottom menu bar.

The profiles are stored in your soundcore app account, if you do the last update without the account, the profiles will be lost. You can log in to the soundcore app and do the setting and the update after you log into the app, by doing this all the data will not be lost anymore.
