Esewa used to be a really good and trusted app before but now it’s full of problems. Transactions don’t go smoothly anymore and every time I try to make a payment some kind of error pops up. I even registered my problem with Esewa customer care but nothing ever gets fixed even after months. Honestly I’ve lost my trust in Esewa and I even feel scared to buy anything online now thinking the payment might fail or get stuck.

eSewa has many issues these days. The SMS login code takes a long time to arrive or sometimes doesn’t come at all. Every time I try to log in, it cuts my SIM balance, which is really frustrating. It shouldn’t charge users just to receive a login code. Please fix this problem and improve the login system so users can log in easily without losing balance.

I’m extremely disappointed with eSewa. Transactions keep getting stuck in “pending” again and again, even when my account is verified and balance is sufficient. This has been happening for weeks, and each time it wastes hours while I wait for the money to clear. Customer support responses are slow and generic, offering no real solution. For a service that advertises instant digital payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.
