have received message to update secondary card holder details 3 times and have again receiving email to that it's not updated and to do the same. similarly applied to get a supplementary card 4 times and nothing happens, it goes in limbo, then call center say, can't do anything about it, noone to talk to and no human in the bank that can help.

one of the worst customer service I have encountered, our issues are a joke to them. they don't provide easy access through the phone, the "drop us an email" on their website isn't working, they reply to emails after several days, even if it's an urgent matter.

App keeps crashing after opening with "device security alert" message. Happened many times before, sometimes fixed after FAB app update, then happened again later. Amazingly all other banking apps (ADCB, etc) work perfectly and virus scanning shows nothing. UPDATE: Still an issue after latest update. Instead of recommending update which doesn't fix the problem or email/call customer service which doesn't response, how about FAB replaces its app dev team with one which can develop a banking app.
