I order 4 times and no more, 1st time all good, 2nd time I create a return on their app, and the barcode they send me was not working in any of the 3 parcel shops that I tried to return it, send them one Email, because there is no other way to contact them, and 1 week after, noone responded yet, so my return date its already late, 3rd order they send me a completely wrong order, different products, they accept the retuen but still they charge me the cost of the return, zero costumer support

The app is terrible, when searching through items it will glitch and loop the same items over and again several times. Sometimes I click to search it will just hang at a blank screen. Also sometimes I will click on. a thumbnail of an item i want to view, the it will load up with no picture of the item just blank with the description and price underneath.

Google Pixel....item pictures won't load when I click into the item, filters don't apply all the time, although sometimes they do, and the bar at the bottom of the screen on Android never disappears so the button to check out is pretty much completely hidden. I like how the app is set out, it's just got these issues that are quite frustrating.
