Nice idea. But in reality, it doesn't work. The main issue here is that when it asks you to select your type from numerous stock photos then shows you a list of your preferred matches. It seems a good idea. The problem is that if those matches don't have you as their Ideal match from the very same software. Then this system is fundamentally flawed. Needs to match make based on a mutual preferred physical attractiveness. Until then it's a pointless app

Thank you for your feedback. You’re absolutely right that mutual attraction is key. That’s exactly what Iris focuses on — in the “Mutuals” tab, you can view profiles where both sides have expressed interest. Please note that this feature is available exclusively for Platinum members.

The App has an issue with losing profiles. I'm receiving notifications of messages, when I click the notifications the profile cannot be found and our conversation is gone. Then I get another notification from the same person, click it again. profile still cannot be found. So on one end they can see my profile and message me, but on my end they're unmatched. it's always with someone that I'm having a good conversation with too. Review rating will change when this issue is addressed and fixed.

suggested matches are the wrong gender, half way around the world, etc. additionally even with a platinum subscription, you're limited to viewing ~200 people per day. they don't have a large enough user base to find matches in the country you're in. Their features (e.g., "mutual match") don't function as they are "designed to require a large amount of computing power" - which apparently is another way of saying they cannot support the features they're offering.
