very bad experience with NAMCHI they don't deliver on the time. the put product in the site they don't have it. if you order that product that they don't have they you wait until we bring it. i will never order from NAMCHI

zeroooooo.. it's zerooo.. I've been ordering in this application since then.. now I've experiencing a horrible situations which it's says on their system that my parcel will be delivered today. I kept waiting since morning.. the shipment from early in the morning and what time now almost 10pm they said that I'll receive the order today they kept on saying it from afternoon till tonight ,what is this? giving me a false hope? and i tried to call them for 3rd time to tell me I'll receive by tom.?

it's 0 star. disappointed with Namshi’s Delivery. I recently placed an order with Namshi, but unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. My package was scheduled to arrive on 2nd june 2025, but it still hasn't been delivered, and I haven’t received any updates regarding the delay. I reached out to customer service, but know nothing just raised complaint. I understand that delays can occur, timely communication and proactive updates would have made a significant difference.
