When's the new app update coming? The app has nice features but the connection is extremely frustrating for so expensive premium hearing aids. Keeps disconnecting (OnePlus 10 Pro Android 13 phone). Or connects left, then right, then none. The solution is to stop media play during connect. The app gives a useless "have a look at the new app" notification. Maybe I will return the hearing aids (I am still in my trial period).

First time I've downloaded this app since having hearing aids fitted 10 days ago. For the first couple of days it worked really well but the app soon started to get annoying. Firstly it continually lost connection with my hearing aids then I noticed that I needed to charge my phone more frequently, even though I had altered the settings on my phone to limit the app draining the battery. Sadly I'm going to have to uninstall this app, as it's become more trouble than it's worth, shame really.

Doesn't work very well, never seems to find both hearing aids, usually just one or the other, most of time have to make adjustments manually on the actual aids, makes the app next to useless. An update improved connection between app and hearing aids for a few months but the app is now worse than before, no matter what's tried the two will not connect making the app seem pretty useless.
