I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

at the beginning it was good, offering fast fresh and almost little to no delivery charge, but nowadays, it's not. I would try to avoid it if possible, or lessen your purchases. The trick for those that want full compensation you just have to keep escalating and denying the $15 stupid coupon they give you as a "sorry", we manage to escape it until they give us a refund of the spilled item.

Worst customer experience! My order was marked as delivered, and customer support kept insisting it was, even though I never received it. After more than an hour and half of waiting and back and forth, they deducted the coupon value I used and offered only 10 SAR compensation to my wallet. Honestly, there's no comparison with HungerStation’s customer support — they handle such issues far more professionally and fairly.
