App glitches and service is appalling. I waited 90 minutes for something you said would be delivered in 40, got no update from you, and couldn't even contact anyone or cancel my order. All I got was a bot that kept giving the same useless replies. When the order finally arrived, not only were two items missing, the drink was spilt. Yet apart from the very basic refund for the missing items, you've refused to offer any restitution for the awful experience — no refund, apology or voucher. Gross.

I have been using thuis for a while, and when it works it's fine, but any deviation results in a big problem. I ordered and got home 2 minutes later than the delivery guy. I didn't hear the phone call and I larer noticed an email saying that I couldn't be found and the food will be left in front of the door, but when I got home there was no food package in front of the door. There is no reliable way to contact for such situations, even though there is a virtual assistant, it is useless.

it's a fine service if all goes well. but it's a very bad service when missing items: 1) delivery ppl should check the order before peaving the restaurant 2) missing items should be fixed by delivering the missing items once more, or at least a partial refund for missing items + delivery and service so you don't have to pay them again. but the response I get is "we offered you a solution and we can't do more than that for you", what a joke!
