Absolute Scammers! I can’t even imagine this could happen! I paid in advance, waited for my order, and suddenly it showed as “delivered” — but nothing was delivered! When I contacted support, they were rude, unhelpful, and only available through chat — no phone number at all! One agent even disconnected the chat while I was writing. After several tries, another agent told me the driver claimed it was delivered, so there’s nothing they can do. I was left without my order or any help

Poor customer support for pro members. you pay a monthly subscription, on top of that service charges on each order, and then get broken items delivered, and coupons that increase the payment amount (when using a coupon your actual order amount increases instead of decreasing), and then there is customer support who is super fast to reply but the issue never resolves. the CS calls you and asks you to close the chat with 5 stars & issue will be resolved in 30 mins and that 30 mins never happen.

Worst platform ever. Talabat charges you the full amount, and only after payment do they tell you that some items are out of stock. The worst part is—they never refund you! It feels like a scam. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience. I’m uninstalling the app and will never use it again.
