for the second month running I have had to chase my reward. i contacted them asking when I can expect it and reply was that they are working on the backlog in order - no explanation but email says my query is closed now. that was a week ago and still no sign of it. i am signed up to a few survey sights and when i cash out with them the reward is within 24 hrs so dont understand the delay here and get no explanation - once i get my reward i'm cancelling and would urge others to do the same.

Very Bad experience in the rewards redemption takes weeks sometimes months to process. Surveys are regular and disqualification is very less but it's only problem is processing the rewards, previously I used to receive the rewards within 5 minutes of redemption. I just hope that the process is improved for the betterment of the influencers. I have redeemed a reward on 21st August but when I contacted the customer support they said that it will take a few more weeks 😡. This is pathetic 😤.

worst experience ever, guys don't trust this platform.You will make points easily, but after u redeem your reward, they will not give you any reward, if you are lucky enough they might give you a reward after 2 to 3 months after your redemption. So totally it's a waste of time, don't use this app. I suggest you to use attapoll or any other apps, not toluna. I had redeemed a reward on this platform, but it's been a week but no action has been taken yet,.
