The load times of this app is insanely slow. Update: It's a fresh install on a new device. Your advice is useless and just an excuse to avoid the problem. This app overinflates the traffic congestion to make it appear it saves you time by diverting to other routes. It will divert you to routes that are 100km longer, wasting fuel and you saving 1 minute in time.

Hi Marco, the steps shared are just for testing. Traffic rerouting- go to Settings- Routing- Rerouting and select 'Manual' to decide when to switch. Slow loading- set Location to 'Allow all the time' and Battery usage to 'Unrestricted' in app permissions. Force quit all the apps running in background, reboot with only TomTom running and test. ^Jas

Subscription issue – logged out despite active payment Today I was logged out of TomTom Go, even though I paid for a yearly subscription in June. The app says I have no active plan. I spent the morning trying to buy a new one, thinking it expired, but payment was made three months ago. Please restore my access and explain why the subscription isn’t recognized. Because of this issue, I was late for work.

In the phone settings, 'Battery and device care', then 'Battery'. Tap 'Background usage limits', 'deep sleeping apps', and disable 'Google Play Store'. Please update us. ^Jas

Usage on mobile is cringe in regards to zooming. It just zooms in too much too often, so I can't actually see the intersection on the map. Its especially bad when there's multiple intersections shortly after each other. Despite trying different options in regards to zooming. It'd be nice if one could set a minimum viewing distance of X amount of seconds based on avg speed or speed limit.
