Lots of problems with this app and waterdrop listed below 1. I never started a subscription yet I am on one. 2. It's for my least favourite flavour. 3. I can't stop it or change it to something I do like because there is no subscription listed on my account. 4. When I try opening customer support I get the message that "no app can open this" or words to that effect. I would love to give you 5 stars, and will do when you sort these issues out.

Thank you for the feedback. To edit/remove subscription please make sure to be logged-in in the app and then go to subscription via the bottom menu bar. Alternatively you can also do it on the homepage account section under the menu section manage subscription. If you need more help, please reach out to us directly via "info@waterdrop.com".

The products are great! The only issue I found with both the website and the APP (today is my first time using it), it is difficult to change the delivery date. I wonder if there is a way to change the delivery date to a specific date (by pulling up a calendar) or get an option to have it delivered sooner. Maybe I just have not found it.

An expensive way to flavour water but it's better for you than 'name' soft drinks. I now prefer the Waterdrop mix of cola, cherry & sparkling water finding bottled/canned drinks too sweet even in their Zero or Max forms!!
