With the new Widerøe app, you get access to new functions and an updated design. This gives you a better user experience on your mobile, no matter where you are.

Easy check-in and boarding
Use the app for a seamless check-in, choose your favorite seat and get your boarding pass straight to your mobile. If you are going to leave Schengen, you can easily add your passport information.
Full control over the journey
In the app, you get a full overview of upcoming and previous journeys, so you can quickly find out what is included in your ticket. We will also send you relevant notifications when departure is approaching, so that you are always up to date.
Book a new journey directly in the app
Booking trips in the app is a function that has been missed. We have now fixed this, so that you can easily book plane tickets directly in the Widerøe app!
Log in with your Widerøe profile
Travels you book as logged in to the app or on wideroe.no are now automatically added to the app. Save information and preferences in your personal profile so that we can offer you relevant offers and services.

This app is useless. Does not keep your profile stored. Every flight has to be manually added even if booked from profile from the website. And currently, once the flight is manually added, the app does not allow check in or even additional information on the flight. When one clicks the flight display, an error pops up saying that the check in is open only 22 hours before the flight. Right now , my flight is in 4 hours.!! They should plainly disable the app for now and re release it properly.

As of now works and does what you expect it to do. User experience could be improved when adding your Eurobonus number. After the number(s) have been added and saved for chosen passenger(s), instead of still showing "Add/Edit Eurobonus", it could show the added number(s). I wasn't sure at first, if the number was added/saved correctly until I went back to the view with adding the EB-number. :)

The app is very basic. No useful functionality. It's basically a collection of bookmarks to the airline's website, wideroe.no. Cannot collect or show boarding pass even if you add your flight manually. At it's current state I'd say the app must be an embarrassment for the airline. What about pulling it back until there's something useful to present your customers?

What’s new
Vi jobber hele tiden med å gjøre appen bedre, og setter stor pris på tilbakemeldingene dine. Vi har i denne versjonen blant annet rettet en feil knyttet til lenker som åpner seg under bestillingsprosessen.
